This data is used solely for the purpose of market and social research. If you are no longer interested in participating in group discussions, we will immediately delete your contact data when asked to do so. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. We will also not send you any advertisements or other spam emails.

 

The content of each group discussion is evaluated anonymously. We treat your statements and information in compliance with strict rules and regulations of data protection. Your input in a group discussion is never lined with your name and your address or passed on to a third Party.

viennaINsights is a project of Karmasin Behavioural Insights and Research Affairs. Registering to participate in focus groups merely serves the purpose of market and social research. By signing up, the testers do not enter into any obligations. Contact data may be deleted any time and without having to state reasons.

 

The data of testers will not be passed on to third parties and statements in group discussions or other qualitative methods can only be evaluated in anonymous form. Registered testers will not receive any advertisements, be sold products or offered contracts.

 

viennaINsights works strictly according to data protection rules, in particular the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act and the professional standards of the market and social research of Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. and the Working Group of German Market and Social Research Institutes e.V. as well as Esomar Codex and the Association of Austrian Market Researchers.

 

 

Registration

Only persons who live in Austria and do not work in market research are allowed to sign up as testers. The minimum age is 16 years. After registering one can participate in tests. We reserve the right to decide on registration. Respondents can revoke their membership at any time and guarantee that the information they give on registration and in group discussions is correct. ViennaINsights reserves the right to delete the names of respondents who give wrong or misleading information when signing up. ViennaINsights also reserves the right to prevent persons from participating in group discussions, if they due to incorrect information they had provided, not fit the profile of the target group.

 

 

Revoking Registration

You can revoke the use of your contact data any time by sending us an e-mail and asking us in writing to delete your data.

 

 

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are used as identifying tokens. They are sent to the hard drive of your computer by means of your web browser. The help function in the menu bar of most web browsers explains how you can keep your browser from accepting new cookies, how your browser can be informed when you receive a new cookie or how you can deactivate all cookies received. However, we recommend that you keep the cookie functions completely activated. To ensure better user guidance we use so-called session cookies. These are encrypted figures by means of which the connection to our websites can be controlled during a session. Session cookies are saved on your computer for a short time and then deleted once you leave the website.

viennaINsights reserves the right to change, complement, delete as well as temporarily or permanently suppress parts of the  website without prior notice.

 

 

 

Termination

The place of jurisdiction is the Federal Republic of Austria. Austrian law applies in all matters.
